Bike Talk debuts tonight as an "on-air" KPFK show at 11 p.m.. For the past year it has been available through KPFK as a podcast only, or via live streaming through http://killradio.org.
The show deals mostly with urban cycling issues in and around Los Angeles, but covers a broad spectrum of the bicycling lifestyle from around the country. The show has interviews with racers, tourers, framebuilders, ride and race organizers, and just interesting cycling personalities. They do a good bit of coverage of those working the political system to the benefit of cycling.
There have been a couple of shows that covered mountain biking over the past few months:
October 24 show: Interviews with Jeff Klinger, (CORBA President) and Me (about the LA Bike Plan)
November 7 show: Jim Hasenauer Interview (CORBA founder, past IMBA president) and Ned Overend

Tonight, 12/29, I'm talking about the LA Master Bike Plan again, along with people from the City, LAStreetsBlog, and other interesting personalities. It will be on air at 11:00 p.m. on 90.7 fm. I was in the studio yesterday to pre-record the segment. Hopefully I come across sounding like I know what I'm talking about.
