I go here alot as it near my work the prices are right but they lack the service.... 2X I ordered parts and said I was gonna get a call when they came in... I call 2 weeks later parts never came in.... another timer I called the part was on a shelf to be sold..... Ever since I go to http://www.northoftheborderbicycles.com/ Doug and Mike are great!
When I'm in a bind and I need a part ASAP I'll go to BB. This last Saturday I rolled in there to get a part and of course customer service was two thumbs down. I went in knowing exactly what I needed and when I asked the guy if the part was in stock he said "no" before i had completed my question. No more then does he tell me no and I looked over on one of the displays and there is what i needed. Aparantly if you can't get a job anywhere, go to BB cause they'll hire anyone.

Just so you guys know, Beyond bikes, Cambria, and some 3rd party have team up to some extend, to what I'm not sure? But that's why their warehouse is now in Paso Robles, its Cambrias shipping facility. Should be an interesting partnership to say the least.....
made several trips to beyond bikes and have had poor service. I asked them to proce match some outlaw wheels and they said "no"? anyways I have been using Bike Bling for purchases and had some service work done, very satisfied! Huge selection of "in-stock" items. There you have it!
