I just had Kuttruff plumbing come by to help me install an instant hot water tap. Doug seems to be a one-man operation, so you have an actual, knowledgeable professional coming to your house, not some kid who's still learning the ropes. No plumber is cheap, but he's reasonable. Lots of good reviews for him online too.
