Almost took out two cyclists turning left....

A couple riding beach cruisers felt that it was ok to plow through a four way intersection from the sidewalk onto the crosswalk, coming out of the shade of a big tree at high noon, while it was flashing don't walk with a green arrow for my left turn. My heart jumped.

I think I was in the clear with the right of way. A guy had made the left ahead of me. But people should really be more careful with their lives. It's only a car, broken bones hurt.

People on beach cruisers aren't cyclists, bing, they're just people. ...drunk ones, it seems, most of the time.
Try to avoid running them over. ...within reason.

thats what happens when anyone can have a bicycle. we ve got to thin the herd somehow. cant fix stupid.
