omg, i hate that movie! every time i ride by the stupid ass little freshman at my highschool i get 3 or 4 lines of crappy napolean dynamite shit. ive had kids throw skateboars, sticks, water bottles, backpcaks etc. at me! little bitches...

Bill's Mountain Bike Trail Reviews and Pictures ...its got a lot of good stuff on the trails in the OC and San Diego

Utah Fix-it page ...this is where i learned how to do most of the maintenence on my bike and installing some new parts (fork, brakes,wheels)

Discover Mountain Biking ...another beginer's page that was very helpful when i first started. It doesn't hurt to refresh yourself on some of the basics though.
