One of dsteppers favorite tread patterns for the San Gabriels, outstanding traction on decomposed granite and loose over hard pack. Almost as sticky as a Nevegal DTC, without the drag and rolling resistance if you need to earn your vertical pedalling for you climb.
This is a great tire to run tubeless with Stans. Many have done it successfully with Stans or going ghetto tubeless.
