I thought that some of your guys would like to see this. Some have been asking about what is new in our 08 line-up, so I thought I would share with everyone.
Flatline
This bike is replacing the long running and always evolving RMX in our line-up. This is an adjustable 7.3 to 9.0 travel bike. Low, low, low center of gravity and balance. 1.5 headtube, and internal headset. This bike has a very low standover height (I should of had someone model in one of the photos so you get the idea). Its also going to come with a chart to help you determine bike angles say you adjust the rear shock and put a single crown fork on compared to a dual crown. It will give you BB height, HA, SA, wheelbase, etc, etc. This is helpful if you want to use this bike for Downhill racing for one event, or freeriding later on. Weight of the frame will be right at 11lbs with a DHX coil. Not to shabby. Thomas Vanderham been testing this one, and he love it (that the report I get) It's pretty sweet. This bike will come in 3 price points starting at $2,649, ?, and the full downhill version will be around $4,500.
Slopestyle Slayer or Slayer SS
This is the bike our teamriders have been being for. 6 inches of travel like all the slayers, but a raked out HA. 66 degrees on this one compared to 68 degrees on the Slayer SXC. Beefed up all around, ready to take some serious abuse. Wade's been testing this one for a few months now and he can't enough of it. Prices are not yet determined.
We do have a steel 29'er coming out as well, and a few other bikes that are not finalized so I can't talk about them. Tell me what you think? Any questions let em know. I'm hoping to have a demo of both of these by the Southridge series in Jan.
