If you don't want money up front because you are worried about taking too much, have us pay part of it up front, like $12, and the rest when you know the amount. Or will it be too much of a headache from an accounting stand point?

 

Bret, um, maybe you didn't read clearly. That shot did make it in. Despite the fact that many of us don't know the guy in the photo.

Not every picture made it in. Clearly it'd be a really busy/odd calendar.

That's not a bad idea. I think with shipping and any eventual paypal fees, it's going to work out to around $15/calendar. I have no idea what shipping will be, though.

I will take one. I say go with the pics you have. It's a hard decision on what pics to post, but thanks for the opportunity to let people submit their ideas of a great pics. They are all good memory's either way. I don't have a pay pal account but I can give the money to whoever you see fit.

d'oh, my bad. #-o i musta skimmed over it. thanks for including that shot. lance was a key player in the early development of STR. just because most of the newbies don't know lance, shouldnt' take away from the fact that he deserves to be in there....on another level, im sure many of the original bubbs have no idea who many of the noobies are.

your efforts are well appreciated, thanks for taking on this project. :beer:

FWIW, not many of the original bubbs are buying a calendar anyway! (From what I can tell, anyway.)

im sure you are kinda joking with that, but the shot extends way beyond just holding up beers. it was an epic ride of sorts, with a tremendous friend whom moved away...which is why the shot is so valuable. but there are many noobies here whom don't know lance, or the history/foundation of str, so im sure that photo doesn't make sense to about 90% of this message board now. i appreciate allison putting it in the calendar, as the roots of this board seem to be so easily overlooked.

 

I personally would rather have pics of riders riding and of the great outdoors which captured that particular moment. I have no interest in seeing beers or a group hug in Fully parking lot (no offense, just speaking candidly) so I think I'll pass this one up. Regardless, thanks for all the hard work. I know it's all a pain and it takes more time then people realize. Thanks again and job well done!

Edit: Never mind. I like the finished goods. I just needed a visual. My comments were a little premature. Story of my life...lol!
