Tapia conditions?
Hello folks, I haven't been on here in a long time, so hello. I was thinking of revisiting the Tapia Cyn area (near Castaic) but was wondering what scoop was. Do you still have to use Charlie cyn to enter, etc? Thanks, all- YakityYak
