Yep i'm ready, did a small ride yesterday, oaks and peters, felt really strong. I will rest the rest of the week, hydrate and eat some protein. Ready for it to be over with so I can go back to some fun all day rides and not just hammer the whole time.
my goal is 6 laps. thats 1 lap every two hours including coming in and refueling after each lap. I feel its achievable so we will se what happens, overall its just going to be fun to ride all day.
