Happy New Year! How's your collarbone feelin? Turns out I have a partial tear of my rotator cuff (just got MRI results a few weeks ago). Been a painful and an expensive recovery. Still hurts like hell sometimes (mostly at night). But, thank God, the range of motion needed to mtb doesn't bother my injury as long as I don't bonk my shoulder, doesn't happen often. So, I'm back in the saddle...life is good :) Headin over to Santiago Oaks later today.

Hey Trance, I saw that 9/10 IRC ride listed. Do you know the stats? How many miles, how technical (I have a bum shoulder that's still healing) and what's the elevation gain gonna be? I'm workin on my speed but wouldn't want to slow anyone down.

I didnt start a thread for yesterday. I would just post in the rider down section.

Hey Matt, yes this is a small town and we all want to know how you are doing? What is the extent of injury? Hope you have some good meds to take the edge off. I know its inconvenient to shuttle the cars but its a safety thing.
