Thanks for the message! I've been in Canada! Woo hoo! I went up to visit my aunt with the boys, but now I'm back. We had such a great time there. Went on the Welcome Back Rachel ride and I'm still FULL. The food was SOOOOOO good! I've got to get many rides in before I go back to work!

Thanks. I was feeling really good miles 4-10, so good I thought it was one of those weird euphoric moments that happens before you die?! I actually got worried. Then I slowed down the last 3 miles and I knew I was back to normal.

No; I no longer work at a shop...I work at Blk Mrkt Inc. (bike manufacturer). You can check out the upgrade levers from Hayes; they make a few diff. models to choose from and there are also som high-end aftermarket levers to look at too - Dangerboy and Straitline come to mind. The Path usually has these in stock in various colors.

Your Hayes Sole brake lever blades are replaceable with either the upgrade Hayes levers or aftermarket models from various manufacturers.

Definitely in, my first real ride in 2 1/2 weeks so I'm eager to pedal!
