Heyo! Funny you should ask about my progress. FINALLY got a hold of someone at orthopedics and scheduled my first physical therapy session next week. The shoulder is improving. About 70% recovered. I'll probably do some light fire road riding soon. Thanks for asking. How are you and Luke?

It was probably me. I either take the 4:15 to Riverside or the 4:20 to La Sierra depending on what we are doing after work.

You and Luke were posting for a group ride before you were injured. I still haven't ridden Two Trees, so thought you guys may still be interested in being fellow TT newbs.
Get back to me if you are still interested and luke gives you the OK.

So, are you back on the bike yet? I heard Two Trees needs to be ridden, and soon.

Hey Alison. I'm on the mend. Thanks for asking. Had surgery on 3/25 and it's still a little sore but I'm on the mend. Physical therapy should start in about a month. I endeavor to workout hard and have the biggest shoulders known to man just so I never have to go through this again. The inability to ride is what's such a bummer. I'm so frustrated at times - just look at what it's turned me into when I can't ride :lol:;)

Belated thanks on the holiday and birthday greetings. Sorry I didn't get back to you before but for some weird reason, I had a hard time posting in the visitors messages section from my phone. Anyway, I'm back in town again finally as of a couple weeks. Learning how to ride my bike all over again, hehe.

Right on I totally understand. I think It's pending sale already. So Amanda and I are moving back to Riverside. We'll have to go ride Sycamore canyon!

Hey, what's up?? Were you guys coming back from Sycamore or Box Springs when we waved to each other on the 60?? I rode at Sycamore with the CX bike. It was really cold when I started riding and then it warmed up and got sunny. That's good to know that you're back on the trails. I ran into Luke and his buddies at Sycamore about 2 weeks ago. He mentioned you were still not ready to ride. Anyways, see you guys later. Take care.

Hey Alison, getting better but being sick hasn't helped much. First my 2 y/o got it, then the wife and now me :( Feeling a lot better today though!
