Hey Girlfriend, it's getting there, Staples come out Wed and the elbow itself will just have to heal, it doesn't hurt to bend or straighten it AT ALL.. SOOO, I start my BIg Bear riding season hopefully this weekend We'll be up there Friday - Monday, give a hollar it your up in our neck of the woods (again)
