I did that...found a retro house in a nice neighborhood....however it was in a trust...two poeple in it took my offer....one yahoo said no so it was back to the drawingboard.
I found a craftsman in the historical area of santa ana....kind of excited...mostly terrified. haha.
I did the same shit for a while and finally got fed up with the process... I found someone that was priced way to high and went to work on them without the competition
