Oh gosh, I don't know how much I rode yesterday! Our ride time probably totaled about 6 hours. Of course, it was mostly downhill. I think the longest ride I've ever done was last Saturday at Sycamore Canyon. That was something like 14 miles (and there are definitely a lot of hills there!).
Not sure if you saw my ride report, but I wanted to let you know that even with the elevation, I did unbelievable well with the climbs up in Big Bear today! Just took my own sweet time getting to the top. ;) I ended up walking up less than even do on my rides at Sycamore, and didn't use my inhaler once! Awesome day for me and my lungs! :D
