so, okay, maybe not exactly 30 miles. How about 20+? miles or however many I can manage? And not all climbing! I don't have anywhere in mind. I need to find a sitter for Saturday. Can we start early? 7ish? How about the Project Rwanda route 25 miles/4400 ft? Anywhere is fine with me.
Big Bear ? I'm going out of town till Friday so I should be itching for a ride pretty bad on Saturday. What time you leaving and is there carpooloing going on? I don't thing the caravan will make it... Potato rocked !!!
Joel, Chewy started to cry about having to drive out to blackstar. So at the last minute, I drove over to his side and rode Skyline to coal canyon last night. Sorry I couldn't get a hold of you to warn ya. Temps were perfect out there last night. The loop last night was about 20 miles and 2800ft of ascent. not a bad loop. I would even venture to say that it's more fun than blackstar, except for the las 5 miles being road. and YES I will be at the loop at 5:30 for the first loop. I don't know if I want to do the backwards thing again or not. Does make it interesting though...
okay, here's the deal. I can ride if Leonard doesn't have work. I don't know where, but I'd like to ride someplace other than Fully, you pick the place and surprise me. I'll should know by Wednesday PM if I can ride.
Too bad I'll be out of town for the Marshall ride. I noticed you didn't mention the "green" crossings. Oh well, I guess they'll figure it out when they get there. Evenings are tough because of the kids. What nights are you thinking?
yeah the rsvps are a problem sometimes. I will add people that reply manually. Bring as many as you can.
Did you know your RVP thing isn't working? I'll get some more people for you. I live in Silverado, I'll see if I can rally some locals.
hey Joel, great day today, thanks for the ride, Grace and I had a real good time. let's do it again soon. see ya. P.S. didn't find dave's handle ( dface ) on the site to give thanks to, you wouldn't happen to know his contact would you? let me know, take care man.
