One of three trails are planned Diablo, probably muddy and rutted, Skinsuit?? One trail of interest is the trail that flows just south of Sierra Peak it leads to Green River. Have you rode that trail???

Maurice Sendak was the illustrator, not the author. I actually just realized that now when I checked Amazon for a link for you! My favorite when I was little was actually "Let's Be Enemies." Years ago, I had season tickets to Opera Pacific and I saw the production of Mozart' "The Magic Flute" with the sets designed by Maurice Sendak. It was sooo cool! :)
