Hey Andy,

Yes, I am still riding - ok, that is not 100% accurate - I was riding regularly up until the weekend before last, but then I stacked on a non-technical trail at Aliso and either cracked or bruised a rib. My chest is still pretty sore, so I'll probably have to sit out this weekend as well.

Before the fall, I had been riding my ss a couple of nights a week near where I live, as well as Saturday mornings with Springrubber and a guy named Donny, and lately we've been riding El Morro or Aliso because of the heat. As soon as the weather cools, we'll be putting Oaks and others into the rotation. Let's all get together for a ride soon.

Miss riding with you! Rehab is going well. I was actually able to do the 30 mile SART ride last Saturday. Roger says hi and give Heather a hug from both of us!

Getting better, 1 day at a time. Riding but taking it easy on the mashing and twisting. Mostly gravity riding and using flat pedals.

Down, but not out! Just a couple bruised lil' ribbies, but I'm OK. See you Saturday!!
