Shu -- Just make sure you don't move the cam as you shoot your sequence (can you say monopod?...). Then take all the pics into Photoshop (or your tool of choice, so to speak) and choose one pic to be your main one, then paste in all the others and delete the bg of each to fit. That's the short version, anyways. That's how I made this one...

I actually shot the above without a tripod or monopod (this one is from several years ago at Mammoth).

Dunno -- This was shot in May of 2001, as I recall (too long ago to remember, really...). Didn't know the guy, but found out later his name was Mark, an instructor up at that hill.

Mark is the trail guru at Mammoth, and pretty much the one responsible for them having a bike park at all. Sweet pic by the way.

The wife and I went to China for 15 days. We had a private tour for 8 days in Yunnan Province. After that we spent time in Beijing and Shanghai. China was amazing.

Last month three friends and I did a 4 day backpacking trip to the Sierra. We were planning to summit Mt. Russell but were unable to summit due to weather.

My only summer vacations this year were the weekend rides. Started a new job and didn't want to ask for time off already. :(

Just got back from the central coast. No biking, but I did check out CBO in Cambria. The owner showed me where they ride next to the coast.
    Beautiful 65-70 weather.
Lots of tourers with paniers on the 1 through Big Sur.
