    When it finally clicked...

While visting Virgin Ut for the Red Bull Rampage, we took a day off and drove north to Brian Head and rode Bunker Creek Trail,12 miles of singletrack goodness!! To top off an awesome weekend with some killer people, this day was monumental as I finally felt *with one* with my bike :)

    my valentine's (well, day after...)

this isn't necessarily my favorite, but it's a good shot. timing couldn't have been better for the image. this is just the one that's gotten the most views from my friends/family. i still don't have many memories from this day. thank gawd. i heard it was rough... at least this was the start of many new friendships, and many of those have lasted!

Man this is freaking tough. Everytime I'm almost ready to submit I think of a different picture. Do I go with what others might find funny, Something that has a great story, a picture that tells a great story, screw this I'll come back tomorrow.

It's sharing the ride with friends that makes them memorable for me. My favorite place on Earth, Whistler!

    Wow!

I looked at all my 2010 photo's and it really brought back some unbelievable memories!
Sedona with the Dirty Girlz and the shot of Quinn "fisting" Willie.

Downieville and acting as tour guide on Pauley Creek. When we came to the bridge that goes across the roaring river, Quinn said; 'Oh No way!' Clearly shocked by the beauty of the trail and the place we had just arrived. She came over with a huge smile and gave me a big hug and I suddenly felt so good for taking some people to a place they'd never been.
It made me so happy to see her so happy!

We all frolicked in a meadow. It's become standard since then to do so.
Nan's biggest smile in the whole wide world as she went down some steep pavers in Dville.

Mt. St. Helens with Doug and Binh on what I still believe may be my best ride ever.

I have some great shots of me doing some fairly techy trails but as I looked at the pictures, it occurred to me that the dynamic would change if I had been alone.
Although I don't mind riding alone, I am a social butterfly and misfit and I like to be with people. I met some beautiful people this year who may not be fair weather friends!

Therefore, my year and photo is dedicated to the men and women I was able to get to know and share some really special times!
