It's the Olyimpic and I was there. Colin was my hero back in the day. I was only 15 at the time. Ditched summer school on Friday, went to skate at Pipeline all day, then stayed with a bunch of friends in L.A. and went to see GBH sat. night.

Here's another close to good one.
I remember being so stoked that the English Dogs were coming to town and then the "new improved-Metal version" showed up. They play all of their new crap and only a couple of the old tunes.
Reguardless, we still went to see them next week at Fenders also.

This is the most disturbing video I've ever seen. Good Charlotte in the same room with real punks. I wish everytime I see this Lars would just reach across the table and bitch slap one of them.

    Hey that was great.

Do you have the Olympic show that GBH did for the MTV documentary. It was the same night that youtube video was filmed. My brother was the bounce and sound tech for that show you can see him on the stage on the mtv version.

Do you remember the Exploited Riot ?

    The Olympic was cool.
I played at the variety arts center years ago and it reminded me of the Olympic.

Good times. Music was my life until I got married.
I was in 2-4 bands at any given time.
    I miss those days.

As much as I love everything from Exploited to Fugazi CRASS is the only Punk band that still means anything.

My roommate and I used to do a weekly bikeride and pub crawl and we called it "too punk to drive." Maybe we should get that going on with all us old punx hanging around.

Good times! I remember that. There was a riot at the Olympic and another one at the Civic? Maybe? I was young and in a daze :?:
The best shows were the "international" shows at the Olympic and Fenders. I remember thinking $8 for 6-8 bands? What a rip-off! Damn Goldenvoice! Good times!

You can go to Hurley's web site and download the new T.S.O.L. for free. I am only on the second song so do not want to rate it yet but I will say it is no Weathered Statue or Dance With Me
