    You plan a trip to europe, but decide to just see Paris "real quick" and skip Rome so you can have more days riding in Morzine and Champerey.

    You build a beater bike out of old spare parts you had lying around. It comes out so sick that you end up taking it on all the rides you'd normally ride with your XC and DH bike because it's more fun.

    When biking socks have replaced all other socks. You wear them to work or play and you save your favorites for special occasions from business meetings to weddings. Knowing you're wearing them gives you the edge to get thru the daily grind!

    3 week road trip with the wife and 4 kids: Cali coast to Portland, over to Hayden Lake, ID, on to Whitefish, MO, Utah, then Las Vegas then back to the hood. Camping and couch surfing most of the way! I felt safer with my bike along for the ride, you know: JUST IN CASE....
