Against my doc's orders and against most people's better judgement I went for a mtb ride. Heck it's been 14 days since the hernia repair - that's plenty of time I think. I feel pretty darn good, just a little loose inside when I jump up and down (oops - not sposed to do that either). I've posted shots of this area behind my house before (so hope you don't mind) but it was really pretty today and extra-special being my first ride back (on trails anyway).

Whatta doc's know anyway? Haha....riding off into the dusty sunset, windmills and konked JTrees...whatta life.
Area looks awful familiar :-k I can't wait for the temps to drop and rain to fall so I can start riding the Chute again. Heal well Dave!
