Xc Clinic - This Sunday - Sorry For Late Notice

Pete Masiel, our local version of Floyd Landis is offering a XC clinic for those interested in the following topics:

- Training Schedules
- Nutrition
- Downhills Tips
- Tips on how to build endurance for longer ride
- I am a bit on the heavy side
- I am a slow poke and it takes a while for me to warm up
- How to prepare for and get into race shape while balancing a more than full-time career.
- I would like to compete in 12 hours of Temecula some time this year as a member of a team first but would like to be able to attempt it solo after more training.
- Ride without getting divorced? - I need to gain courage

I'm just helping out other mt bikers whom have asked for me to put on a clinic for them and you can come and join us.

Please join him and others so we can have some fun together while riding with these pros to get their insights on how to be fit and fast like they are.

The group will be meeting this Sunday @ 8:00am at the parking lot off of Mast Blvd, in Santee. The meeting spot for those who enjoy riding Sycamore and Marthas. I will try to come up with an exact address for those who like to join but don't know where to meet.

XC clinic, huh? My rig has suspension and a riser bar - am I disqualified?

Not at all......my gears fell off a long time ago and when they built my frame......they forgot to add the rear suspension :?:
