Anyone watch moto-x best trick last night? I think they had a russian judge. I think Todd Potter should of won.
Yeah, I agree. Potter should have won. Did you see the Skateboard BIG air? Jake Brown did a 720 off the big gap and then crashed hard on the large 1/4 pipe. It was awesome and scary! They also added Motocross for this year, and they are still doing Supermoto. Both events will be on Sat.
Oh my gosh, that was the craziest crash! They've been showing it all over the news this morning. I think it's crazy that guy was able to walk away, no broken bones they said.
It was amazing that he walked away from it. I havn't been able to find a video of it yet. it was cool that his shoes went flying in differant direction's.
Holy carp!!! How did he not break his legs?! He had to have fallen like 25-30 ft since he was 15 ft in the air! Reeediculous!
OMG I've seen it a few times now but it still makes me cringe everytime. He's a lucky guy to have walked away from that.
With commentary, and note that after the crash and the dude is being seen by the medics, one announcer is still in denial that he did a 720, not stunned at the crash.
Yup. Pretty amazing how he fell just the right way to save his bacon. I thought he would have at least a messed up tail bone.
thwe announcer says in the video that he fell over 50 ft.... thats a hard impact and you know it when his shoes go flying off and he hit so hard it looks like his back folded in half
Kind of strange that the X-Games doesn't mandate helmets. I think it sets a bad example. I was watching the skateboard street competition today and none of the riders had helmets on with hundred of kids watching from the floor.
i thought he broke his back from what i heard...that was brutal...it was weird how when he got up to the vert part he actually popped inwards didnt even get a chance to fall down the transition of the ramp...
