Well I was in the market for a new shock to go with my Santa Cruz Butcher. I was looking at several different ones and I decided on the X Fusion Vector Air from Bikecentricsd.com ....Thanks Terrin!!

First impressions...I really like this shock!! I havent been able to really beat on it yet due to the weather. Only been able to get one ride in and was able to log several miles on it. I noticed hardly any suspension feedback and I havent started messing with the compression settings, but it looks like I should be able to dial out what little I have. The shock feels really plush and cant wait to get on some good trails to really test it out. Ill try to get a better review in a few months after I beat on the shock for a while.

I got the Vector HLR coil as well, on my Tracer 29... Day and night from the DHX coil. I found it much more tunable without the guess work, which was (for me) very difficult w/ the DHX. Weight wise, the shock w/ steel spring was also lighter than the DHX.

I have a vector coil hlr on my butcher. Such a great shock, much better than the rc4. Pedals so well with the lsc turned up, so active yet smooth when open. better small bump than the fox.
