It's not OC but I'll be riding up at snow summit/Big Bear for some lift accessed riding tommorrow morning with Happy_Gilmore. We'll probably do Pine knot trail in the morning and maybe see if we can sneek our DH bikes up the lift for some afternoon DH runs. I want to get as much lift accessed riding in as I can before they open for ski season.
Fontana demo days. Just got a call from Brian at the Path that my TOTEM IS BACK!! woohoo! Looks like I get to do some definitely shuttle DH runs afterall
A bunch of manufacturers bring truck loads of bikes out and you ride them around on the trails for free. :bang:

Craig, normally I would ride with ya but the bike is in the shop and I have a wedding to go to. Sucks cause I really haven't gotten to ride a lot since Noble.
That sounds like a bit of fun... So, I just show up and ride bikes for free? I think I might have to say YES. Ummm. Please confirm these directions.... http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=9...4,-117.520752&spn=0.401652,0.384521&z=10&om=1
It is off live oak and cherry, so looks good to me. It's free to the public, but if you want to ride the shuttle up the road you'll have to pay FIVE WHOLE DOLLARS FOR THE DAY! I have no idea what all bikes will be out there, but manufacturers include Trek, Foes, Turner, Chumba, Cannondale, Haro, Kona, Intense, Brodie. Justin and I are gonna ride XC in the a.m. with our bikes at race pace (you could keep up easily) and then will probably do DH shuttles in the afternoon. Give me a call, we'll be out both days. ...you may need to bring a credit card and / or ID to check out bikes, but I think that is just so you don't steal one.
