    thats what happen when most of the budget were used to buy segways, there is nothing much left to buy real guns.:lol: no riot shields either.

    they're probably knock-offs, something like a Seaweed scooter. I was in Beijing a few years ago and I saw a guy with a T-Shirt with the swoosh logo and in big letters-- "NILKE"
