    Ease of job: 1 beer
Length of job: about the time it takes to nurse a beer.....

    this was cake!
the instructions by rainman over on emptybeer were straight forward, and a little self study of the sram manuals made it a breeze.....

did it ON the canzo withou even pulling the fork.

Played with air pressures and it rocks....

so yeah, travel adjust is easy on a reba :)

I think the extra stiff might work for you. I gave my spring to Andy (OnlyonTwo) but I think he's going to switch it back because it's too stiff for Candace. You can have it if you want to give it a try.

It worked great, but the travel adjust didn't. But, since you want it at 100mm it will be good.

I love the Reba for its serviceability, I think changing mine from 80 to 100 was a 2 beer job, but that just speaks to my moderate alcoholism.

Another good reference is on the enduroforkseals website. Their tutorials rock.

Does the Reba come 80 or 100mm in the box?

I'm a little confused..I think the 09 Reba Team (29) comes out out of the box 100mm set up, correct?

(It measures 100 from the lower to the crown, but that would leave any bottom out room)

The spacers included in the bag with the manual are for converting it to 80mm???

And if it comes with spacers in the bag, there must be no spacers in the fork, which means its @ 100mm now...

    Is this correct?:?:

'09 is available in 80, 100 and 120. My '08 is set at 100mm and shows about 107mm of stanchion. The pack with the instruction book, hose guide and spacers is the same with every Reba, so you can't tell anything by that.

You can bleed all the air out of the positive chamber to check for sure.
