    I did notice he was wearing all spandex. Top dh'er in the world wears spandex.Man, that guy can fly!

    Yeah, same here. Although I was rooting for Peaty, I actually had picked Cedric to take the win. That fell apart when he broke his wrist(?) during 4X. After that, I picked Sam. I REALLY wanted Peaty to win, but I just didn't think that was going to be the case coming off injury so recently.

    Oh, about those skin suits, the spandex...

    The UCI (the governing body of the Worldcup and pretty much all other cycling events on the world level) REQUIRES the skin suit during the final run. The riders can run whatever kit they wish during practice and qualifying.

    That's just a little FYI for the record...because the gravity guys still think spandex is lame...even when it's for the world title.

    Yeah, that's pretty sweet. I think the last time a local boy took home a medal was Kyle Strait about 3 years ago. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
