Well the Angels came full circle and played a game that looked just like game 1.... walks and errors...

Congrats to the Yankees... the best team money can buy.

The Yankees outplayed the Angels and deserved to win. I'm disappointed.

the angels underplayed the yankees. I'm sad now.

i just walked away after those two errors in the 8th...

at the very least, it was a good series, and hopefully we tired the yankees out enough that they'll suck in the world series. go phillies!

I am really sorry for the Angels loss. I over reacted when I put that curse out and to be honeset with you guys I wish I could have taken it back but once the curse is cast it can not be taken back.

Angels had a hell of a year. They were so worried about beating Boston that I think they might have took the Yanks lightly. I do believe besides my curse the Angels beat themselves. Anyways Angels and Angel fans good year, you beat the hell out of Boston.

    Maybe next year

The Angels are now officially the Atlanta Braves of this decade. Mike Scioscia is now officially Bobby Cox. :( Another postseason birth and another postseason exit. It seems that the teams the Angels have had for the last 5 or 6 seasons have been built for the regular season only. The players shut down in the playoffs and its mostly the offense. Other than game #4 in Anaheim the Angels pitching did very well. The pitching has kept the team in the games. The Angels' front office has very tough decisions to make in the off-season. Does Figgins, Abreu and Lackey stay? Vlad Guerrero most likely is gone unless he takes a gigantic paycut. I'd rather have Gary Mathews, Jr. DH instead of Vlad. Mathews can play the outfield and steal bases. Time well tell. Angels still need another bat. How about Jason Bay of the Red Sox? Matt Holiday of the Cards? Also, Scott Kazmir left a lot to be desired. The Angels gave up some real good prospects to get Kazmir but that's baseball and that's the risk you take. Hopefully Kazmir comes back next season strong after a good spring training like he's capable of pitching. The Texas Rangers will be the team to beat next season in the AL West even though they have their own problems with the ownership trying to dump the team. The Mariners will improve and the young Oakland A's will definitley be better. Like the old saying goes: Hope springs eternal. Now its basketball season and time to follow my other beloved team; the Sacramento Kings. Hopefully we get 25 wins and Tyreke Evans gets Rookie of the Year. [-o-] Its going to be another long season for the Kings. ](*,)In Petrie we trust.

Why all the hate, lets see there payroll is over 66 million dollars higher then any other teams. If the WS had any of the other 3 teams there combined payroll would only be just over 10% more then the Yankees payroll alone.

    They are the Evil Empire.
