    Do both. The Live web cast starts in a bit under 8 1/2 hours so a long day of riding followed by drinkin' a few beers and watching the races.

    Unfortunately my day will be a long day of working on the house, resting the knee and then watching the races.

    Not possible will be dispersed camping along Garland Prairie Road, no water, no electric, no showers or toilets. I will bring my netbook so I hope you guys give some updates. I plan to every few days head to town and hangout at Flagstaff or Beaver Street Brewery, they have wi-fi and good food.

    I tell no lies. History was made!

    For those of you that watched it, you witnessed one of the greatest races and moments in the history of mountain biking. Sheffield Steel, Steve Peat took the gold this evening in Canberra at the UCI Elite Men's Downhill World Championships.

    Needless to say, I could not be happier. Peaty has been a favorite for me since I started racing downhill. He's been so close in the Worlds, but never on the top step of the box. Today was his day. What an awesome race.
