Wobbling pedal on a truvativ noir

I have a set of truvativ noir carbon fiber cranks (08' i think) and the drive side pedal has a slight wobble when tightened all the way so it appears to be the insert but when i put a washer between the pedal/crank arm it is fine. has any one experienced this and is this safe or can/will the insert come all the way out eventually ? is there a fix or should be shopping for another set ? Thanks
