So we went ahead with our B* to Motorway ride yesterday, it was windy!

We actually had a pretty good time and really stoked for Samir for sticking it out and getting out of his "confort" zone, this ride was I believe his toughest to date! Also big props to Grant on his coil sprung Ellsworth with a dual crown Maverick up front, that guy crushed it!

Thanks to Steve, Dan, Stevie B, Johan, Grant, Samir, Johan's buddy and Boaz for braving the wind and giving it a go yesterday.
Killer ride netting just under 26 miles with 4700ft of up, crazy wind- I believe the strongest gusts were over 60mph!- and of course loose climbs#-o

Ha! I wussed due to the wind--trees were sideways at my house. Glad it turned out well for you guys. What was your total time out there so I can budget time for that route? Thanks.

Thanks for the encouragement Neil. The ride was definitely well outside my comfort zone, but I'm glad I manned up and did it - only way to get better! I hope I didn't keep you guys waiting too long at the stops.

Seriously thinking about San Juan Saturday......
