Ride Report Wilderness Access Day - Limestone Canyon

Hey where's the ride report from Duke777 and all those early risers doing the pre-dawn Blackstar and then Limestone?

 

Sorry I pulled a DavidB!

I setup the ride and an early ride and then.............woke up at 9am! I forgot to switch my alarm on my blackberry from weekday only to on.#-o

My SS was mad at me but my fishing poles were happy.

 

Very cool. I didn't open every video or pic, but were there any shots of The Sinks?

I did some of Blackstar! :wave: I wasn't feeling great, so I chugged along while the two girls I started with took off. I had told them I was going to turn around in time to make it to Limestone at 9:00 to meet friends.

When I got to Hidden Ranch there were two younger guys there (Joe and Jeff) who had just started mountain biking. :clap: We talked for a bit and rode together before I turned around. I'm hoping they show up here on the forum!

Turned around, ran into H2Ochick, dirtmistress and permagrin on their way up, talked for a few then headed to the truck and over to Limestone. I met up with two friends and had a chance to meet a bunch of Dirty Girlz and STR boys too.

I had a great time, despite not feeling great all day. Not sure what was up with me. :?: Limestone was beautiful and I'd love to ride there again!

 

I was feeling meh as well. I think I just need to go back to a horse-like caloric intake that I need to do anything remotely resembling exercise.

Twitch and I were there, last time they opened it up. A great place to ride. Thanks for the pic's

Hi Everyone, GREAT video cool pics. Gone2Vegas you must be using an HD camera as the videos are very clean! Thanks again for sharing.
