Ride Report Whiting Wednesdays Innagural Run

    Yes folks there is some sand but also lots of newbs and peeps to keep you company. When I rolled up around a quarter after six Outback was packed with bike racks as far as the eye can see. Not finding a riding buddy here is next to impossible as there is plenty of traffic:wave:. Going out solo would not be advised, wouldn't want anybody to get scratched or anything#-o. I linked up with a decent sized group and we all suffered mustard up to four corners. Since I had not yet investigated Sleepy Hollow I invited the lost newbs along and forsook the now sanitized Cactus Ridge. I was quite glad as that route is actually more fun than ten more minutes of climbing to an uneventful descent:-k. I and the kid with the camel back were both on full susers and screaming along nicely. His homeboy on the K-mart special did his best to keep up but seemed to have more fun than either of us. :clap:After a bite at Arby's I gave a shout out to the STR peeps as they rolled by. We all shot the ish before calling it a night (around 8) and had a perfectly great weeknight escape. C'mon down and give er a try.

    That's quite an eye, I kinda wanted to make a wheres waldo game of it. Maybe if we look real hard at satellite pics we can find the lions and open the place up by the time I get off work.

    Seriously though thanks to everybody for their patience with me and the pleasure of your company whilst on the trail.

    BTW maybe it's cause I don't watch TV but who is the smokin hottie in your avatar?

    Yeah, was busy last week, funny part is I started it before the cat story broke. Just sitting here in the office with my bike debating which entrance to poach tonight.
