    I live right down the street from Whiting and Dread - I strongly feel it can be difficult/challenging. This trail is a perfect location for all levels of riders ! You should try it twice in under 55minutes

    If there was an Event that includes Whiting twice with Vulture i would join in a heart beat... However that would include a City Street, might be a no go =)

    I have a question, there is a extra credit on top of Vulture, is this part of the course or we stating Left and not making that xtra climb ?

    Whiting Ranch mtb Time Trial is upon us!

    Everything is coming together for a great day of racing this Sunday!

    We have had a lot of Teams sign up, so if you have 3 or more racers get a team together and join us. Teams get a discount for each entry, use the team registration button on the website.

    If you don't have a team come out and test yourself on this great course!

    Also, we will have a kids race sponsored by REI. So bring out the kids and get a gift for them from REI.

    Weather is still holding off so things look good for Sunday.

    Registration is extended to March 9th!

    We have decided to extend registration to March 9th at 8:00am.

    Many racers told us at packet pick up told us that their friends wanted to be in on the race but missed registration so we have extended it.

    We have a great turn out already and want everyone who wants to get in can join us.

    Kids race and extra credit on Vulture View

    Kids race will be at the Glen Ranch parking lot area where the packet pick up, awards and raffle will also be. All racers will park there. Parking fee is part of the registration.

    As far as the extra credit on Vulture View, no that is not part of the course, you can do it but it will just cost you time.

    Fingers are crossed as to the rain, if we get to much today we will have to postpone the race to March 24th.

    Well based on the pouring rain and hail we've had here for much of the last hour.... I'm going to go on a limb and say Whiting will be closed on Sunday.

    I agree, at my complex, the whole parking lot was covered in Hail !

    Still a chance it could clear up, we can hope for the best.
