It's Christmas Day and you're out enjoying an annual ride with friends for some pedaling and some single track action in Whiting Ranch/Oakley trails. The dirt is fresh and super tacky... got yourself some hero dirt. Feeling good, you hit a kicker for some brief air time, but you run out of talent and hit the dirt. You pop yourself right up, jump back on your wheels and have a good laugh about it. Well, this wasn't the case for Frank... he hit the dirt and found himself unable to move his legs. Bikes are Frank's life, I want to see him back on a bike doing what we all enjoy to do. Please feel free to donate and help him pedal and enjoy those days when the dirt is good, even if it's a buck or two. http://www.youcaring.com/medical-fundraiser/help-frank-walk/300166#.VNO-C6U33jY.google_plusone_share
One of the offices I visit often has Time Warner Business internet and they are always complaining about service being out.
Many thank yous for the support! Was a ride through Whiting Ranch and Oakley, crash happened at Oakley right next to the road.
Me thinks whoever is a good friend of this guy should arrange a FULLY LOOP charity ride, bring in some sponsors and raffle. I think a $10 ride fee, $25 that includes 5 raffle tickets. The bigger prizes should include Maxxis Minions 2.35 DHR in all 3 diameters, 26/7./29 Maxxis Ardents, Maxxis High Rollers, 26/27.5 Kenda Slant 6 and 8's, Nevegals 26 and 27.5. There should not be a grand prize of bikes but have gear and parts so tere will be more to raffle off thus creating a higher volume of ticket sales. Maybe raffle off thiswebste too to someone that gives 2 sh*ts so you wont have to goddam type everything twice.
Hope he continues to improve. I don't know Frank, in fact I don't know anyone here, but a small donation was a no brainer for a fellow rider in this situation.
