When Chainrings Attack...

    After attempting this pass, I learned a new equation. Loose terrain + out-of-tune shifter = slipped pedal...this is just seconds before my star spot on "When Chainrings Attack"...

    While I technically didn't lose any skin, I did manage to split it open about 1/4"! #-oGrandma came with me to the urgent care, but she couldn't watch! Here's where the big ring attacked my calf, totally unprovoked...

    After some stitches Sunday afternoon, it looked like this...

    So as I run the numbers, I think I scored 1 flat tire (thanks for the assist Ann!), 2 cramped quads (thanks for the Cytomax Ann! haha!), and 7 stiches!

    Hoping to do it all again on Tuesday! :bang:;):lol:
