What's the Story On This Race

Since I couldn't go to Torrance to celebrate my dad's birthday today as planned:-s (had work)I went down and watched the 4x took some pics. Had fun love the vibe at these races. They have 2 seperate runs taped for tomorrow's DH didn't check it but Vince and Skate did some practice runs. Here's tomorrow's schedule I know a few STR people will be out to support those racing so come out if you can. See ya there!! I had a "G" sighting I'll post a pic when I get them done.
He'll be out tomorrow again, also.​

8:30AM Men’s C 20 min + 2 laps
9:10AM Women’s B 20 min + 2 laps
9:50AM Men’s B 20 min + 2 laps
10:30AM Women’s A 20 min + 2 laps
11:10AM Men’s A 20 min + 2 laps
11:30AM DH practice allowed​

1:30PM DH begins

What time are you coming out tomorrow? I'm probably gonna show up a little before Dh Practice starts. I also got to help plan the shuttle situation so we'll see how that goes.

It was a fun race! I ended up racing in the morning. I had a good time on the southridge course and it was a really relaxed atmosphere. Thats why I love racing collegiate! The course was pretty much the same as always, sandy and loose. I stayed back for a little bit to watch 4x practice and took some shots.

Yeah, the club up in SLO is really a cool club. that's why I love it so much up there. great people, great scene, it's all good. It's just a bunch of friends that ride, and occasionally enjoy some beverages over a pump track :drunk:

I like how everyone is on their DH bikes on the 4x track too...

Yep, Everything went pretty smooth I think I had more fun on a less professional type event like the one last weekend than the one's southridge throws. You kind of get a relaxed feeling all weekend.

The "A" course used most of the pro line from the Nationals with few turns thrown in made for a fun technical course they did it up well this year and had USA Cycling officials was pretty well organized. Had a great time .
