Brenda, so sorry to hear that there is more damage than you were first told. 3 months off the bike is a long damn time, but knowing you, you'll figure out a way to be on it in 3 weeks tops! Hope you continue to feel better everyday

Sorry its broken but as Jessie and Tim can attest to I was quite surprised that it didnt break when it dislocated it does almost always. If there is ligament damage I would recommend you listen to the doctors, (I know, I would have a hard time doing it too) but you will have a much better chance of doing it again if you don't do a lot of what they say.

 

I cannot believe how fast my arm is healing- must be all the good vibes sent from all of you- as of today, Monday, it is nearly the same size as my right arm- I have had ice on it most of the weekend and drinking tons of water to eliminate the fluid- its works wonders.

Richard, you know I will be back on that bike by next weekend- I expect you to ride with me and learn how to pop my arm back in next time you make me climb Mathis clipped in!

Fred, what can I say- you are my superhero- I hiked up and down Cholla yesterday with Kristine- its a tough one , I swear you must have carried me - I am really glad you were there...

Being BROKEN SUX... I went through it at the end of last year the good news is that it is not worse and being an arm you can ride the heck out of the trainer and not lose any fitness, I rode the trainer and healed quite a bit ahead of schedule... Heal fast and we will see you out there soon enough

 

Awww man...sorry to hear about your injuries. We haven't been around in a few weeks while Sherri heals and now we see you are down! Glad you are healing well...best wishes for your recovery and we hope to see you again soon.
