I've tried some of the Vee Rubber tires (mission, V10, & Master Blaster) and found all pretty fast rolling. The Mission just had no grip for me though. V10 and MasterBlaster grip and roll as well as my AKA' s. I find them online at http://www.my650b.com/650b-tires.html . Just some info in case you would like to try them.

Thanks for the tires FB, I put the AKA's up front on the Ferrari's White Bros fork so the front steering and stabilization is 50% better.
I saved the other one for another bike. Fullerton Bikes, Mike and Dino do mail order as well as any other dot coms. Thanks!

Mike/Dino - What do you recommend I run on my Giant XTC Advanced 1 27.5 HT for Counting Coup and OTH? I have Racing Ralph on the rear and Nobby Nick up front. The Ralph is wearing out faster than I like and I think the NN is a bit much for a race bike. I'll stop by and purchase whatever you think is best :).

The combo Mike uses on his 27.5 Anthem is a Nobby Nic (front) and Racing Ralph (rear).

He has a few combos for his XTC (OTH races... Counting Coup)
Pretty sure he will chime-in before too long!

What are your primary goals for your tires?
Lightest weight possible? Durability? Max grip? Lowest rolling resistance possible. Fast and grippy front / super-fast rear tire?

Hey Dino - I'm looking for fast and grippy front and fast rear. So maybe I just deal with replacing the Racing Ralph's a little more frequently than I prefer to? I do want to have some puncture resistance though on the front and rear as I would rather sacrifice a little speed for some added protection. I do not want to be fixing tires during Counting Coup! Thanks!

I would look at the Maxxis IKON exe for the rear or a Continental mt king, both fast grippy and will get you some longer life on wear and tear…. I like the RR but they don't not give you too much wear and tear..
