Anyone know if there's anything special a rider needs to do to protect their bikes from the chairlifts?

    No.

I have had my bike on that lift a bunch of times without any problems. I guess that your rim could get scratched on the hook that they hang it on, but does anyone riding lifts really care about a scratch?

I don't suppose there's any way to reserve a bike? I've talked my buddy from work into riding summit for the first time and he's jonesing for something bigger than his epic. Either way looking forward to this, gonna be great.

How tall is he? Will he fit a small Foes FXR?

I know he's shorter than me, not that that helps. He said he rides a medium. I'll ask him how tall he is at lunch.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but unfortunately for us Ellsworth will be at the Dville Classic next weekend and Intense has their demo fleet scattered at dealers still so it looks like it's all about Rocky Mountain as far as demos go.
I believe he has a handful of demos so if you are interested see him before 9am on Saturday.
Regardless it's chairlift assisted riding on some tasty singletrack, hope to see you all up there!

Was up there just last weekend and it was great. Here's a quick video so you can see the trail conditions. Even had a little accident which you will see in the middle.
