    If it is broken in many places than get it plated. That way it heals the right way and you can be on the bike much quicker, I have to much experience with broken clavicles. Heal smart and get it plated

    Sorry to hear this. I broke my clavicle back in 99 and it really sucked cause besides not riding and everything else like pain, showering, changing clothes, etc..., it was hard to work work on airplanes with basically 1 arm. Heal soon Bry.

    Sucks man. I broke my left clavicle this past May. It was a hard hit and half of my clavicle was overlaying the other half. I had to wait a week before my Ortho was available for surgery. I went under the knife, got a plate and 9 screws. It was supposed to take 90 days to heal completely, but I got back on early and took it easy. The hard part was regaining my confidence. Good luck and heal up quick.

    Well Folks....I was about ten feet behind Brian when it happened and I was wearing a GoPro. Damn it was loud...
