    scale

I weighed everything yesterday. 5 Spot 29lbs and change:eek: . I love that big 2.4 Speccy Enduro up front, but that bastard is coming off! I have a new Blue Groove I'm not looking forward to seating up w/ Stans.

Craig I've heard it suggested to run the Kendas with tubes for a couple rides before trying the Stans. I know time is running out for the trip though :-k

    Kenda's

Not a bad idea running a tube for a while. I did get the Nevegal to seal up without running a tube first though. It went flat the first night, did the shake and turn routine again and it's held air perfectly for 3 nights now. I may try the tube on the front if I have a hard time with the BG.

Well I've never actually tested that tube theory myself, but have also had major trouble getting the Kendas to seal up. It has taken me as long as a couple weeks of riding it for them to seal for good. Most of my problem has been with the porous sidewall and pinholes. I try and leave the wheel on its side overnight so if/when a pinhole starts oozing air the sealant will be able to go over and do its job. Mainly it just takes time, but they will eventually seal up for good and its worth the hassle.
