    As much as I love watching the races, I want to shoot that announcer in his face. So annoying. I was happy to see Sam Hill get a solid run in. Hes getting faster every race.

    Agreed. Rob Warner adds energy and expertise. By comparison, listen to Clay Porter narrate F1RST. Now HE should've been shot for that. Luckily, he learned, and no longer narrates his movies. Viva Rob Warner!

    Rob Warner makes the broadcast. He is funny as hell and knows his stuff. It wouldn't be the same without him. I'm glad he made the transition to redbulltv. For comparison wath the world cups on tv with a tv sports announcer that doesn't know sh!t about dh racing or the guys on the track; it sucks but I still watch because I love watch DH races.

    I really liked having Lopes in there with Rob today. Good job Lopes55.

    What a sick race toady! Neko's crash was crazy. Hope all is well with him. A lot of mechanicals today.

    Way to go Gwin!!! Sick run.

    I agree. Yeah, Warner is a little rough around the edges, but so is downhill mountain biking. It's a very good compliment between sport and announcer. Also, he's been in or around the world cup circuit since the nineties, so he knows all the riders, tracks, how to play the game, and has first-hand knowledge of the sport that he can easily convey. He is an entertaining guy, and I'd take him over the stodgy brits that narrate any of the other cycling races around the world any day.

    Ok, Ill give it he is entertaining. I guess its just the tone of his voice that annoys me. Must run in the family, becuase my son said the same thing. LOL

    If rob warner wasn't an x dh-racer than he would sound like a tool. Yes to some peoples his tone of voice can drive them crazy, the lead singer from the band 311 does that to me, and I can't stand them because of it. Warners commentaries on races like last years champery race, where danny hart shocked the dh world, are priceless and definitely added energy to a shockingly awesome run.

    Can't wait till next weekends windham race! Gwin to win!! :bang:
