Turnbull Canyon Wednesday ride - come get your fix

I'd like to come out and join your group tomorrow.

 

Rode here again yesterday. Someone cleared the rocky section at the end of the 7th st loop. I was looking forward to riding/falling through that.

 

Were you in the group of 3 that passed me climbing the first fireroad? They were all on hardtails with Coats Cycling gear on. Or were you the group parked down Beverly just getting ready to ride? I almost stoped and was going to ask if I could join you.
I was on a glow in the dark yellow Intense.

 

I will be out there with a small group around 5:30 today.

Black Singlespeed, Yellow/Green shorts/jersey.

 

Irwin the wednesdayturnbull ride guy asked me to post the turnbull ride for tommorow saturday start at 7:30am.His broken collar bone has healed and he is ready to ride. See you in the morning.....

I plan to show up. I had a dentist app't today, but it turned out to be an easy one so I'll be able to ride.

Look for an STR jersey and a baby blue Intense 5.5.

I was planning on it but ended up having too much to do today. I will make it next week.

 

Great ride tonight, no pics because we where to busy riding. It was hot but that just made the ride even better as we hit the 7th St loop. The trees coverings and sunset really helped as our group climbed up 7th.
Nice turnout of riders that all seemed to have a blast. I took my new trail/freeride bike on her maiden voyage. Mr Dino showed up after the ride and then proceeded to masterfully throw a nice smack off session on the cleanest rider in So Cal, Moka.

We then all went to chill in Whittier and got a bite to eat. We chatted about motorcycles, Mtn bikes, mobile phones and the mystery of Moka's name (had to be there).

All in all, good times 4 sho.

 

Hoping this would be regular Wed run! I really want to join in for ride but can't join until next week. My kid's swimming lesson ends this week.

My gf and i went there today with her german shepherd. It was a lot more hilly than I expected. I guess i should have looked for a topography map #-o

I was on a black reign, don't know if any of you guys saw us. Got there maybe 5:30 and left around 7:30

 

Will be there this week. Fresh off Tahoe trip.
