I rode for Turnbull for the first time on New Year's Day, and enjoyed it immensely. But the 7th Avenue part had a lot of muddy parts, even though it had been at least two weeks since the major rain storm.

How is it now? It rained last night. I'd like to ride it this Sunday.

If it doesn't rain again until Sunday night you should be fine. Just please avoid riding right through any big mud puddles. Some of the ruts caused by bike tire tracks are getting more and more abundant. Even on the fireroad!

Updated trail-access information is available by calling the Puente Hills Habitat Authority at (562) 945-9003, extension 5#.

It should be tacky throughout the 7th side and expect drying mud puddles

i rode there tues and i will be there tomorrow am. i can report back about this time tomorrow, it should be nice and tacky though.

there are usually a few puddles that form on 7th and at the bottom or rattlesnake, but they usually can be hiked rounds pretty easily.

the rest of the trails should be primo with the sun out today and not much rain from the last storm.
