    Nope....

But... i've done time putting Schwalbes and Maxxis tires on 5.1 rims.. sucks, but not to the point of destroying tires LOL

    Typically takes 3 tire irons....

Leave the tire in the sun for an hour before you try it (gets it all nice and warm, pliable, etc)

    Enjoy.

I'd offer to help, but sounds like you would hold me accountable if something went wrong....

If you want a light weak wheel....

    Tubeless - yes
    Beefy - hardly

Try some Specialized tires. They have a decent warranty, iirc.

    Fixed it for ya!

One common definition of insanity is doing the same thing wrong repeatedly while expecting different results.

By the way, I'm not intentionally being mean or spiteful toward you, but I don't think it's fair to blame good products for your inability to install/use them.

So you are saying that The Path Bike Shop did not know what they were doing because they broke 4 tire levers?

    Buy new tire.
    Have a beer.

    Lay tire in the sun.
    Have a beer.

    Find damn tire levers
    Have a beer.

Make sure tire is nice and warm....
    Have a beer.

find rim... get a little soap and water ready
    have a beer.

Apply soapy water to tire bead...
    seat first bead.
    Have a beer.

Seat second bead. Use soapy water to slide the bead on, use 3 tire levers, and copious amounts of swear words.
    Have 6 beers.

    Inflate.
    Ride your bike
    Get DUI on bike.

    Sounds fun :)

I like my UST rims fine

Step 1. Bead tire with floor pump, no levers or slop needed.

    Step 2. Ride.

    Step 3. Beers at home:beer:

But just like every other Stan's thread, Your results may vary:?:

Well I went with a Kenda Nevegal 2.35 Folding Bead on the rear and had no problems with the install although it took some time to get the bead to seat. The minion is a tire that I definitely will not try again. I just hope I can get something back for it.

Thanks for all the help fellas
